Series 6000
  • Solid formed steel construction intended for frequent heavy duty use
  • White finished metal frames with build in ceiling flanges
  • Well balanced, easy to use stairs
  • Easy and fast installation using corner hanger brackets
  • 350 lbs capacity, user and materials combined
  • Compact design requires small attic openings and landing area
  • Attic access opening sizes from 19-3/4" x 27-1/2" to 27-1/2" x 43-3/8"
  • Ceiling heights from 6'11" to 10' 3"
  • Insulated version features white sheet metal clad 1.5" insulated cover doors, door seal gasket
  • Non-insulated version features 3/4" unfinished sanded particle board cover doors, does not include seal gaskets
  • Self locking latch keeps stairs cover securely closed
  • Self adjusting to ceiling height within the model specifications
  • Fully assembled
  • Pull down rod included
  • Handrail is not available with this model, sides of ladder are easy to hold on.
