A: Our discounts are based
on how many items you order. In general if you order more than one item, your discount will be 10% off. Any returning customer
automatically receives 10% off the next purchase within next twelve months only. The S/H charge remains the same per each
item ( no discount). The discount is applied when order is processed and may not be displayed at the time or ordering. Volume
buyers should request a quote. The discount not available for items on sale and the following items: # 3040, #3041, # 3042,
# 2001, and commercial products.
A: Yes, call for wholesale pricing. Well accept your store P.O.s and we'll bill you.
A: All orders have to be paid for before we can ship. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover. If you
have to pay by check, we have to receive it and it has to clear our account before we can ship. Place your order and we'll
email or fax an invoice with the total amount due. Distributors are billed, net 30.
Q: My ceiling opening size does not match any of Calvert attic stairs sizes. Can you custom make
a unit for me? Can I get attic stairs with a larger cover to cover my ceiling opening? A: We do not custom make attic stairs. You have to modify your ceiling openings to meet our size requirements. You
cannot attach a larger cover door than what the stairs are equipped with. Stair frame or cover cannot be trimmed or cut off.
Q: Do you have attic pull down stairs for ceiling height over 11' ?
A: Yes we do. Most Calvert Attic Stairs will reach from floor to ceiling height up to 10' 6"
only. However, we do offer optional extension kit for our wooden folding stairs to extend the reach up to 12' tall ceilings. We do not custom make stairs.

A: We provide replacement parts for our products only. If you do not have Calvert Stairs TM , our parts
will not work on your stairs. If your stairs were made prior of year 2000 you do not have Calvert Stairs TM. We do not sell
replacement parts to be used on other brands.
